For the equivalent of just over £1 a day, receive access to our bespoke fitness app, within which will be your training and nutrition protocols that are tailored to your body composition and performance goals for the duration of the Recömp 3 contest.

The Virtual Training app has been brilliant. I find training on my own really hard but Joe's personalised programme has provided the structure and motivation I need. His regular check-ins and updates keep me pushing forwards, and I can easily track the progress I'm making. With the training and nutrition support, I've made made huge progress in a short space of time - increased strength and energy combined with weight loss. Feeling fit at 50 plus! I'd absolutely recommend to anyone.

I would definitely recommend Virtual Training with Joe. You have a tailor made workout which you can plan your week around to suit your schedule. The app is easy to navigate with clear instructions on every workout with videos for correct posture and an explanation as to what part of my game each movement improves. Joe is always there for any questions or concerns I may have. What I love about it is that you can link MyFitnessPal and it tracks activity along with food intake. It's been a game changer for someone who has never counted calories.
I have used the Virtual Trainer app for just under four weeks so far in conjunction with having a gym at work to carry out my set workouts. The app is easy to use and the exercises are simple to follow. The use of a timer in the programme is also a handy addition as it helps set the pace of the workout programme. The ability for coach to stay interactive with you is helpful and also allows two way feedback and motivation where needed. The online community is also a good place to both motivate yourself and others.
