Studio

Since 2022, hundreds of Björnstrxng Members have had their mindsets towards health and fitness positively transformed through carefully tailored and structured Personal Training sessions at our Lichfield based private gym studio.

The Björnstrxng Gym features a spacious main weights room equipped with industry-leading free weights and comprehensive machines, a cardio and boxing room, a waiting room, and a newly refurbished WC and changing area.

Opening up to a courtyard that is utilised when weather permits, the studio is surrounded by scenic countryside settings, and is only accessible on a coach-to-client booking basis to ensure a comfortable and secluded setting for sessions.

Equipment

Weights
The gym features Hex Dumbbells ranging from 2.5 to 30 kilos, as well as multiple barbells. Accompanying this equipment is over 300 kilos of Olympic and Competition Bumper Plates, as well as Kettlebells and Resistance Bands.

Machines

The gym is equipped with a Barbell Rack and a commercial Monster Rack, featuring twin cables, a Landmine adjustment, a Smith Machine, a Vertical Leg Press, and more. A high-tech Unica Machine is also utilised during Personal Training sessions.

Cardio

Our cardio & core section features a Treadmill, Cross Trainer, Rower, Exercise Bike, Watt Bike, Recumbent Bike, and a Boxing Bag. Members are also challenged with equipment such as Battle Ropes, Pads, Sandbags, Medicine Balls, and much more.
