BJÖRNROX II

Björnrox II lands on Saturday 10 July at 12pm at Lichfield Rugby Club - a Viking-themed duos competition built for battle. Set on the second pitch, this Hyrox-inspired test demands grit and teamwork as partners take on the course together.
Preparation is part of the challenge. 4 weeks prior to the event, each competitor receives an 4-week Linx Hybrid programme worth £40, built to develop everything required for the day whilst also considering your individual fitness goals.
This is a mixed gender event, where you can choose your partner or be assigned one, with entry set at £20 per head. Björnrox II is competitive, community-driven, and built to test you - before the day closes with a social to celebrate the effort.
