Björnopen 2026 marks the culmination of a year's work - where the men and women of Björnstrxng step up to the bar in their Christmas jumpers in a solo contest and put their gains on display through rounds of five and one-rep max lifts.
Starting at 9am at the studio on Sunday 20 December, this is a Christmas-themed event, so expect mince pies and protein shakes on hand as the lifts are unwrapped, with one male and female victor declaring themselves as Björnstrxng's mightiest.
Entry is £20, which also includes an 4-week Linx Hybrid programme worth £40 in the lead-up to the event to prepare you for the morning. The celebrations continue into the evening with a Christmas social to round off the year properly.
