Hannah White

Recömp 3

After four weeks of dedication, discipline, and sheer hard work, Hannah White heads into the summer in the best shape she can remember, shedding 4.8 kilos through the combination of programme adherence and frequent check-ins.

In four weeks, Hannah has dominated two Feats, taken on Björnlympics 3, and still balanced life as a single mum. A key part of her success? Partnering up with Denyse, whose shared dedication has made every step count - all 10,000 of them.

Hannah's journey didn't start last month. Since October, she's been on a mission, with a total weight loss now approaching a staggering fifteen kilos, as well as the confidence, strength, and mindset shift that have come with this health change.

As Recömp 4 kicks off in mid-April, Hannah is gearing up for the next phase of her transformation. With momentum on her side, a solid support system, and the hunger to push even further, there's no telling what she'll achieve next.

Hannah can enjoy walking into summer as the best version of herself yet - leaner, stronger, and ready for whatever comes next. If history is anything to go by, that's going to be something impressive. Congratulations to our Recömp 3 winner!

Sam Young

Recömp 2

Following her five kilo weight loss over four weeks, Sam Young's purple patch continues as she pairs her January 2025 Milestones title with a Recömp 2 win, triumphing over epic transformations from six other Recömp finalists.

Hannah White and Vinita Parmar both came close to victory in Recömp 1, and it is very much the same story in Recömp 2 as the Björnstrxng veterans hit 50% of their respective performance goals as well as losing 4.4 kilos between them.

Despite losing 3.4 kilos, Denyse Price's mental resilience translated to sustained strength as she repped 90 kilos for five on the Trap Bar Deadlift. Pete Campbell lost 2.5 kilos over the four weeks of Recömp 2 and also kept up his compound strength.

Sophie Entwisle added a sustainable 1.2 kilos of muscle, achieved her Bench Press goal, and Trap Bar Deadlifted 105 kilos for five. Callum Griffiths also took Recömp 2 by storm, losing 3.5 kilos and hitting his strength and endurance goals.

Regardless of all the aforementioned achievements, Sam Young's remarkable five kilo weight loss in four weeks, accompanied by hitting compound lift performance goals, has earned her Björnstrxng merchandise and Recömp 2 winning status.

David Jordan

Recömp 1

Björnstrxng's first ever Recömp contest has birthed big transformations from Rob Conway, Hannah White, Vinita Parmar, Pete Campbell, and Elise Wild, but David Jordan's fifteen kilo weight loss in twelve weeks has earned him the £400 pot.

David Jordan and Rob Conway had opposite goals at the start of their twelve weeks, and through joint sessions and improved accountability around nutrition, David is fifteen kilos down, and Rob has added just under five kilos of muscle.

Hannah White and Vinita Parmar were dubbed as ones to watch by Coach Joe at the start of the Recömp contest, and rightly so. Both Björnstrxng veterans have surpassed their goals, with Hannah losing over ten kilos and Vinita over five kilos.

November Milestones winner Pete Campbell was going for the first ever back-to-back dub through his transformation from 89.2 kilos to 81.0 kilos, and Elise Wild's twelve week loss of over five kilos means she finishes the year over forty kilos lighter.

However, as stated, David's mental and physical transformation defines him as an exceptional and very well deserved winner for our first ever Recömp contest, and a worthy recipient of the £400 winning pot and December 2024 Milestones status.
